How to find the equation of a plane that is parallel to another plane ?

Points A,B,C have coordinates (1,2,1),(-1,1,3) and (-2,-2,-2) respectively.

Find the equation of a second plane, parallel to ABC, and containing the point D(1,1,1).

I've found out the equation of the plane ABC that is

11x - 12y + 5z = -8

So, after find out the equation of plane ABC, what is the next step that i should do in order to find the equation of the second plane ?|||Point A is one unit away from point D and below it in the y direction.

so the equation that contains point D is 11x -12y + 5z = -9
