How can you tell if a plane is able to fly inverted?

What's the terminology that lets you know that a plane is capable of flying inverted? I know it has something to do with the fuel being able to reach the engine. Is it fuel injected?|||It will be in the POH. Not all acrobatic aircraft have inverted systems but most can fly inverted for at least a short time.|||if it has landing gear mounted on both the upper and lower wing surfaces.
